We’ll kick things off with Aston Villa vs Juventus, taking place at Villa Park, where the hosts will be looking to bounce back following their defeat in Belgium last time out in this competition.
In the betting, the lively and direct Morgan Rogers, looks a decent bet to work the Juventus keeper at least once in this fixture. Rogers has been keen to shoot this season, scoring three goals in the Premier League. Interestingly, only Ollie Watkins has taken more league shots for Villa than Rogers this season.
The youngster has also looked to test opposition keepers regularly in the UCL too, shooting nine times in four appearances, averaging 2.44 shots per 90, as well as 0.54 shots on target.
Monaco vs Benfica - Breel Embolo Over 0.5 Shots on Target
Moving on to the game between Monaco and Benfica, and it’ll be the hosts looking to keep their fine UCL form going. Helping them to do that will be Breel Embolo, who at the currently available BetMGM odds, looks a great shot-on-target bet.
Embolo has saved his best efforts for the Champions League this season, scoring his only goal of the campaign in this competition, while he’s been shooting plenty, hitting the target 1.67 times on average (per 90 minutes). Such a stat is hard to ignore, that’s for sure.
PSV vs Shakhtar - Malik Tillman Over 0.5 Shots on Target
Last but absolutely not least, we arrive at PSV vs Shakhtar. As these two teams clash at Philips Stadion, I very much like the look of Malik Tillan to register at least one shot on target.
A key offensive player for the Eindhoven team this season, Tillman has come to the fore plenty in the UEFA Champions League, scoring one goal, shooting quite a lot too.
As things stand after four games, the USA international averages 1.75 shots per UCL game for PSV this season, while he now has a clear opportunity, against a Shakhtar side that has struggled to keep things tight at the back, to improve on that.
As one of PSV’s main attackers,Tillman will surely eying this game up as a chance to add to his goal tally, so we can expect him to shoot, and given the odds, betting on him to register at least one shot on target is a great way to round off the parlay pick.
