What is Jackpota casino & how does it work?

Jackpota is a sweepstakes casino that offers hundreds of casino games.

Sweeps casinos don’t permit gambling, so at Jackpota you won’t be playing with real cash.

Every day players will receive free “gold coins” which they can use to play on the many online slots and other casino games at Jackpota.

It’s possible to purchase additional gold coins but it’s not compulsory.

There are also special “sweeps coins” at Jackpota. These cannot be purchased directly but are added onto bundles of gold coins and are also gifted daily.

They can also be won in competitions. Sweeps coins can be exchanged for real cash prizes, once they have been played through at least once.

As Jackpota is a sweeps casino, it’s legal to play in many states across the US.

There are only a handful of states where Jackpota is not permitted, and these are:

  • Alabama

  • Delaware

  • Georgia

  • Idaho

  • Kentucky

  • Louisiana

  • Michigan

  • Montana

  • Nevada

  • Washington

There are no differences between what’s available at Jackpota in the states where it can be played.

Bonus offers: 4.5/5

Pros:

  • Wide selection of varying bonus offers

  • Enormous prize pool up to 10 million GC and 5000 SC

Cons:

  • Qualifying purchases for referring a friend are high

Getting a little extra is always a nice feeling, so I was happy to see the promotions page was loaded up with offers.

In general, Jackpota does a good job in considering all types of players, and that’s the case again here.

Some of the popular bonus offers include:

Winners Weekly Tournament

The Winners Weekly Tournament is a 24-hour live race that takes place every Friday. There is a total prize pool of 10 million GC and 5000 SC.

Play one of the eight selected games between 00:01 and 23:59 on Friday and receive points each time you win.

The best 180 players in both the GC and SC races will receive a prize, with the top-placed players receiving 2,000,000 GC and 1000 SC respectively.

Hold and Win-A-Thon

If one race isn’t enough, how about 12?!

Every Thursday there’s a giant Hold and Win-A-Thon tournament with no fewer than 12 races for players to join.

Each race lasts for two hours and players can earn points by winning in any of the selected games.

Prizes are awarded for the best 60 players in the GC and SC tournaments.

There is a total prize fund of over 10 million GC and 5000 SC, with the top player scooping an enviable 200,000 GC or 100 SC.

Jackpota 1m Giveaway

Enter the giveaway by sharing the details of the competition on social media, and submitting your screen shot.

There is a total prize fund of 3 million GC and 1500 SC, with 36 winners overall.

A single first place winner will collect 1,000,000 GC and 500 SC. There are 10 second place prizes, each worth 100,000 GC and 50 SC.

The final 25 prizes are for those in third place who will win 40,000 GC and 20 SC.

Free Coins Giveaway

You can visit their social media to discover more Jackpota fun. There are weekly competitions on Facebook, X, and Instagram offering the chance to win free coins.

Jackpot Play

Play one of the nominated games to have a chance of winning the jackpot prize.

Random jackpots will be awarded for playing the selected Pragmatic Play slots, with four jackpot prizes up for grabs.

Refer a Friend

Receive up to 200,000 GC and 100 SC when you refer a friend to Jackpota.

To receive the bonus, the friend must make a purchase of over $100 and verify their account.

To receive the maximum referral bonus, the friend must spend a further $1,400.

Games: 4/5

Pros:

  • Large library of games with more than 800 titles

  • Many top software providers that are fully licensed

  • Unlimited play games available

Cons:

  • No table games or live dealer action

If you’re a bit of a slots fiend, you’ll be in your element at Jackpota.

I found a very healthy library of more than 800 online slots from many of the top software providers.

Some of the available software providers at Jackpota include:

  • Pragmatic Play

  • NetEnt

  • Relax Gaming

  • Playson

  • 1x2

  • Bgaming

  • Novomatic

  • Fantasma Games

There’s both quality and quantity on offer here, which compares very favorably with other sweeps casinos.

There are filters at the top of the page which allow the games to be split into the following categories:

  • For you

  • Popular

  • Jackpot Play

  • Hold & Win

  • Classic

  • Megaways

  • Slots

  • Slingo

  • Unlimited Play

If you get a thrill out of playing for big wins, the jackpot play offers a progressive prize pot which can climb extremely high.

Classic titles include a variety of fruit-themed slots with both three and five-reel games.

Each game clearly displays the volatility on the first screen, so you won’t need to go searching for it.

This provides a useful snapshot of what to expect when deciding which game to play. The RTP isn’t displayed but is included in the paytable of each game.

Two buttons give you the choice of playing with either GC or SC, making it simple and straightforward to choose.

The only real criticism here is that there are no table games, poker, or live dealer titles. Slingo is included but that’s the only other available type of game, apart from slots.

Some other users mention playing baccarat, blackjack and other table games at Jackpota, but these games have now all been removed.

Jackpota hasn’t provided any reason for removing all their table games and hasn’t confirmed if they’re going to be added back in the future.

User experience: 4/5

Pros:

  • Easy to navigate around instantly

  • Works well for mobile users

Cons:

  • No app available

  • More filters would be useful such as theme or software provider

Creating an account was quick and simple, and I didn’t need to complete the full verification checks to start playing.

To register I only had to enter my details and confirm my email address.

Jackpota requires all players to prove their identity in order to purchase bundles or receive a cash prize but this doesn’t need to be done instantly.

You’ll receive free gold coins when you sign up which provide plenty to start playing.

This meant I had the chance to look around Jackpota and familiarize myself with the site before completing verification.

A menu on the left hand of the screen makes it easy to jump between the various options.

A dropdown tab offers a list of the different game options but these are also displayed across the screen.

There are two buttons on opposite sides of the screen which link to the page where you can purchase more coins.

Navigating the Jackpota site was intuitive, even for a site newbie like me, but more game filters would have been preferable.

Although it’s possible to narrow the selection in some ways, there are no options to filter via the software provider or theme.

However, you can search directly which is helpful if you’re looking for a specific title.

Unfortunately there’s no mobile app yet, but that’s not unusual for sweeps casinos.

The good news is that you can still play easily using your mobile phone as the site is fully optimized for mobile play.

All games and functions work just as well on the smaller screen as a desktop site.

Rewards, prizes and loyalty program: 3.5/5

Pros:

  • Multiple redemption options

  • Generous daily limits

Cons:

  • No VIP or loyalty program

The SC that you receive from a bundle, competition, or as a daily award can’t be swapped for cash prizes without first being played through.

This means you’ll have to “spend” your SC before you can request a prize payout.

Each of the games shows how many SC can be used per spin.

Once you have played through the SC at least once, you can request a redemption.

There are some restrictions and limits relating to SC redemption which are as follows:

Category

Details

Minimum Redemption Value

$10 for gift cards, $75 for all other withdrawal methods

Maximum Frequency of Redemption Requests

One request per 48 hours

Maximum Redemption Request

$10,000 per day but amounts over $2000 may be paid out in divided lump sums

Geographic restrictions

Florida and New York - prizes are limited to $5000

These terms are fairly standard for sweeps casinos so there’s nothing too concerning here.

Unfortunately, Jackpota doesn’t offer a loyalty program or VIP scheme.

If you enter the race tournament there’s a chance of winning GC and SC in return for gameplay, but there are no other available rewards.

It’s rumored that Jackpota will add a VIP reward scheme in the near future but there have been no concrete announcements to date.

Payments: 3.5/5

Pros:

  • Simple to use MasterCard and Visa debit cards for payments

  • Great value bundles at different price points

Cons:

  • No digital wallets accepted for payments

If you were hoping to load up your Jackpota account using Skrill, PayPal or other digital wallet you’ll be out of luck.

That’s because the only payment methods accepted here are Visa and MasterCard debit cards.

That’s great news if you want to make a purchase straight from your bank account, but not helpful if you prefer a greater degree of privacy.

Making the payment to purchase a bundle was easy at Jackpota.

Simply click on the “get coins” button on the top left of the screen at any time and you’ll be given the choice of all the available bundles.

There was a wide variety of bundles to choose from, starting from just $1.99 ranging up to $299.99.

With the more expensive bundles, there are extra freebies, making them particularly good value for money.

If you are planning on withdrawing cash prizes, you’ll have the choice of ACH transfer, Skrill, and gift card.

A gift card redemption is the quickest, taking just 24 hours. Skrill or ACH transfer is typically longer, up to 72 hours to reach your account.

Safety & security: 4.5/5

Pros:

  • Parent company is B-Two Operations Ltd, a large and trusted operator in the sweeps industry

  • Games are provided by reputable software providers that are fully licensed and regulated

Cons:

  • Only launched in 2024

Even if you’re not planning on buying any SC, security should still be a priority.

You need to provide your personal data when you sign up, so even if no purchases are made it’s important to know that you’re dealing with a scrupulous operator.

Jackpota has only been around since 2024, which would ordinarily be a red flag.

However, B-Two Operations Ltd is the parent company, and they’re a well-known and trusted name.

As you’ll see from the site, Jackpota features games from many of the leading software providers.

This is courtesy of B-Two Operations Ltd’s existing partnerships.

Even though no licensing is required for sweeps casinos, these software providers are all licensed and regulated due to their obligations elsewhere.

Their games are also independently verified by organizations such as eCOGRA.

SSL encryption is used for all financial transactions, so purchasing any gold coins is safe and secure. Other security protocols such as 2FA are also in place.

All of this gave me confidence to provide my personal details when signing up without any concerns.

Customer support: 4/5

Pros:

  • Multiple ways to contact customer service: live chat, email, and telephone

  • Customer support provided 24/7, including telephone

Cons:

  • No live chat access for non-paying customers

It’s rare that I’ve ever had to get in touch with customer service, but it’s reassuring to know help is there - just in case.

Jackpota’s support looks good at first glance with customer service available via live chat, email, and telephone.

Even better, the support is available 24/7 so help is never far away.

However, not all players will receive access to live chat. This is restricted to paying customers only, creating a two tier level of support.

Not all sweeps casinos have live chat so this isn’t a huge issue.

You can use the on-site form to submit an email query at any time.

Jackpota says they’ll respond as quickly as possible but in reality, this could take up to 12 hours.

How does Jackpota compare to others?

As I mentioned above, B-Two Operations Ltd is the owner of Jackpota.

B-Two Operations Ltd is based in two locations: the Isle of Man and Estonia.

It runs other sweepstakes casinos including McLuck, Pulsz, and Hello Millions.

Despite being sister sites, each of these sweeps casinos has a very different design and style.

This means you might not instantly realize that they’re linked to Jackpota.

I compared the features on Jackpota with some of the other leading sweeps casinos .

Here’s a brief overview of what I found.

Jackpota reviews

Even though I’ve looked at every aspect of Jackpota, it’s always useful to see what other players have been saying.

Here are some of the Jackpota reviews I found:

PincheAdam (5/5): "Make this sweeps casino your top choice. Customer service is great, huge choice of games, and easy verification for redemption." Date of experience: August 26, 2024

Brittany (5/5): "Love love love this platform! Very generous welcome bonuses on top of free SC for just verifying your identity! A bunch of great games are ready in the platform and new ones! I didn't turn!" Date of experience: August 08, 2024

Matthew Stafford (5/5): "Fair and fun site. Great selection of games. Consistent and sometimes volatile gameplay (the way it should be). Great opportunity to win big. I’ve successfully redeemed 4 times in fairly large amounts. We had a slight issue on this last one, but got it figured out and I got my money. Which leads me to by far the best feature on the site; their customer service team is outstanding. Prompt, informative, helpful and understanding. I do not ever leave reviews, but felt I owed it to their customer service team. Thanks!" Date of experience: July 18, 2024

Amy Marie Crom (5/5): "Great variety! I love that customer service is available 24/7 on live chat and they are super helpful when you have an issue. Verification took no time at all as well. The variety of games is extensive and you have the option to opt in to the Jackpot as well which drops at random times! Definitely a fun one!" Date of experience: July 20, 2024

How to play responsibly at sweepstakes casinos

To gamble responsibly at sweepstakes casinos, it's important to set limits on your time and spending.

Decide in advance how much time and money you are willing to spend on playing and stick to those limits, ensuring you don’t chase losses or spend more than you can afford.

Use the available tools on the platform, like deposit limits or self-exclusion options, to help manage your play.

Always view sweepstakes casinos as a form of entertainment rather than a way to make money.

If you ever feel your gambling is becoming a problem, seek help from resources like the National Council on Problem Gambling.
