Monday marks the third straight day at Euro 2024 where we’ll have the pleasure of taking in not one, not two, but three games.

Ahead of the three games being played on Monday, I’ve gone very much down the player route with this accumulator, which pays just over 7/1 with bet365.
Romania vs Ukraine - Artem Dovbyk to Score
We kick the day off with Romania vs Ukraine, and we could be looking at a decent game here, one where the Ukrainians are likely to force the issue as the better team.
For my money, as also mentioned when writing about outsider bets ahead of the tournament, this is a very good Ukrainian squad. They’ve got lots of quality and look like a team capable of scoring goals.
One player in particular who is undoubtedly capable in front of goal is Artem Dovbyk, who will be keen to hit the ground running in Germany following a stellar campaign for Girona in LaLiga.
Having scored with regularity in his homeland back during the season before last, Dovbyk earned a move to the Spanish top flight, where he proved that he’s more than good enough to cut it at the highest level, scoring no less than 24 LaLiga goals last season, averaging 0.83 goals and 0.84 xG.
As his country looks to make this first game count, he’s the man to be on in the betting, at least as far as I’m concerned.
Belgium vs Slovakia - Belgium to Score Over 1.5 Goals
When previewing this fixture in more detail, I covered the fact that the Belgians ought to make the most of this first fixture, and I’m certainly no genius for doing so.
The Slovaks may make life tough for the Red Devils, who are no strangers to making life tough for themselves.
However, at the end of the day, there’s a disparity in quality on paper between these two and we should see that on the pitch, let’s face it.
Tedesco’s men have got bags of offensive quality, and have scored two or more goals in four of their last five. I’m on them to make that five out of six.
Austria vs France - Antoine Griezmann to Score Or Assist
Again, far from an outlandish shout, nor is this particularly original, but what better way to round off Monday's acca than to side with not just France’s best player but one of the best players at the whole tournament.
Sometimes cited as an odd and unlikable character, Griezmann is above all else a fantastic player, one who has been a superb servant to Les Bleus, especially on the biggest stage.
Playing in his fifth major tournament, the man who has had more haircuts than I’ve had showers has become accustomed to producing the goods when it matters most, assisting three at the Qatar World Cup back in 2022, taking his major tournament goals and assists tally to an impressive 21.
The vastly experienced forward comes off the back of a fine season domestically having scored 23 goals in all competitions, plus he chipped in with eight assists.
