Accumulator betting is always popular at big tournaments, especially early on, and with not long until there are no more three-game days, now is the time to strike. Read on for our accumulator tips.

Artem Dovbyk to Score - Slovakia vs Ukraine

I can’t ignore Artem Dovbyk in this fixture, even if he delivered a muted performance when the Ukrainians struggled in their first game.

As a team, the Ukrainians have options; players who can come in and aid Dovbyk’s goal-scoring cause, such as Yarmolenko and Malinovskiy, both of whom provide the sort of delivery that the forward thrives on.

Let’s not forget, this is a man who scored 24 league goals in LaLiga last season, averaging 0.83 goals per game. As mentioned in my preview for this game, the odds available are a tad generous, so he goes down as the first part of this acca.

Under 2.5 Goals - Poland vs Austria

We’ve seen some cracking games at this tournament in terms of goals, but this may not follow suit.

I’ve sided with the Poles in the Asian Handicap market, as mentioned in my predictions and tips article, but ‘Under 2.5 Goals’ looks like a solid addition to this accumulator.

Neither team will want to lose this, while both are arguably better set-up to keep things tight rather than score bags of goals.

I am of the opinion that this Polish team has more about it offensively than the Austrians, which could easily turn out to be poor judgement, but all round, I very much doubt that either side will go crazy here.

Neither team can afford to enter match-day three without a point, so early on at least, things could be cagey.

After all, they have a clear history of sharing low-scoring games with each of the previous five renewals of this fixture containing a maximum of two goals. When they last met (2019), they drew 0-0.

Netherlands to Score Over 1.5 Goals - Netherlands vs France

Those who’ve read my match preview for this game, will know that I’m sweet on the Dutch offensively in this fixture, so I won’t blather on here.

I’ll just say that this French team didn’t look overly secure at the back against the Austrians, who got into lots of good positions, but were simply wasteful.

Moreover, we’ve seen France be caught out on the break in recent times, conceding multiple goals against the likes of Chile, Germany and Greece, so don’t be surprised if a very useful Dutch attack does some damage here. I certainly won’t be.
