We’re going to switch things up a little this weekend. Instead of attacking Saturday’s premier League games on the accumulator front, we’re looking at Sunday’s action.
There’s a couple of juicy games to bite into on Sunday afternoon, so let’s see what we can do from an accumulator point of view.
Accumulator tips for today
All of the games featured in this accumulator are due to take place on 15/09/2024, starting at 14:00 and 16:30 GMT.
Just two selections make up a double bet, paying odds of 10.55/1 with Betfred.
Destiny Udogie to Receive a Card
(Tottenham Hotspur vs Arsenal)
The North London Derby is known as a frantic and high-intensity fixture, a game where tempers always flare, typically resulting in no shortage of fouls and bookings.
Ahead of this Sunday’s renewal of one of English football's fiercest rivalries, I’m betting on Destiny Udogie to go in the book.
The all-action full-back enjoyed a fruitful first campaign with Spurs last season, offering the North London side plenty of extra physicality, pace and power, but his eagerness to get stuck in often got him in trouble, so I really wouldn’t be surprised if he struggled to avoid referee attention here.
Last season, Udogie picked up seven cards, including against Arsenal, while despite not yet being booked this season, he’s made six fouls and is seemingly on thin ice.
Joelinton to Receive a Card
(Wolves vs Newcastle United)
Completing this double we’ve got Joelinton, who is finding it very tough to keep his nose clean this season.
The combative and often outright dirty midfielder has started the season in a fiery mood, making ten fouls, picking up two cards.
Ahead of what will be a tough game at Molineux against a physical Wolves team, the Brazilian will do well to avoid collecting a third yellow in four games. I’m betting that he goes in the book.
