Well, we were close with Bopedro, who ran a cracker yesterday at odds of 16/1, finishing second for some nice each-way money. Onwards and upwards.

15:30 Musselburgh - Spring Is Sprung to Win
There’s a very interesting race taking place at Musselburgh at 16:30 this afternoon, and it’s a race where several hold decent chances based on one bit of form or another.
However, for my money, Spring Is Sprung has enough form in the book to be favourite at shorter odds than the currently available 9/2, so there’s some all-important value on offer.
The mount of David Nolan arrives in decent form, finishing second in a better race at Windsor last time out, while he went close over course and distance before that, going down by just a neck, again in a stronger contest than this.
Each of his last two efforts have come at Class 4 level, so this drop down to Class 5 company cannot be ignored, especially as he’s not been beaten far at all.
What happened when he last raced with Class 5 animals? He scored with authority at Lingfield, which followed a Class 5 win at Pontefract. He’s a definite player at this level, make no mistake about that.
Sure, he’s giving weight away all round here, but my money says he’s good enough to do that against this bunch. After all, he did something similar when winning in a Class 5 previously, while he’s well drawn to get what should be an optimum position.
He’s finished ahead of a few of these before and is arguably the class act in the field, so don’t be surprised if he comes home in front. I certainly won’t be and while 9/2 is on offer, I'm betting on the gelding to do just that.
