The arrival of Saturday means a few things at Sporting Post, one of which is the return of our Premier League accumulator bet. Having landed a couple of pleasing acca-bets already this season, let’s see what we can do here.
Ahead of Saturday’s Premier League action, we’re attacking the ‘1+ Shot on Target’ market. Read on for our free Premier League accumulator tips.
Accumulator tips for today
Each of the games featured in this article will take place on 26/10/2024, with the first two kicking off at 15:00 GMT, before the final kick-off at 17:30 GMT.
Saturday’s Premier League accumulator bet is made up of three selections, paying just over 4/1 with betway.
Brighton vs Wolves - Jorgen Strand Larsen 1+ Shot on Target
We’ll kick things off with Saturday’s action on the south coast, where Brighton and Wolves go head-to-head.
Visiting forward Jorgen Strand Larsen is the one who I’ve got my eye on here, and after some encouraging performances of late, despite the rather desperate fortunes of his side, the Norwegian looks a decent bet to work the home keeper.
The scorer of a goal in each of his last two games, Strand Larsen is sure to be hungry for more as Wolves take on a Brighton side that doesn’t exactly look defensively secure.
Wolves’ front man has registered a shot on target in three of his last four in the Premier League, as well as in seven of his eight starts this season. That’ll do for me.
Aston Villa vs Bournemouth - Jacob Ramsey 1+ Shot on Target
Moving on, I very much like the look of Jacob Ramsey to test Bournemouth stopper Kepa Arrizabalaga, who will likely be busier at Villa Park than he was against a lacklustre Arsenal attack last weekend.
Having been out with a minor injury for a while, Ramsey returned to the starting XI for Villa last weekend, registering a shot on target against Fulham.
The forward-thinking midfielder was relieved of his starting duties in the Champions League during the week, but is expected to return to the fold on Saturday, and if he does, given his record of hitting the target against the likes of Fulham, Ipswich and Young Boys this season, he goes down as the second piece of the accumulator puzzle here.
Everton vs Fulham - Adama Traore 1+ Shot on Target
Lastly, we arrive at a player who for a long time has been a staunch divider of opinions. For some, Adama Traore is nothing but a clumsy speedster who fails to deliver in the final third, while others see him as a genuine threat. I probably land somewhere in between the two.
After a recent run in the team, though, Traore’s ability to be direct and get shots off cannot be questioned. Fulham’s powerhouse of a winger/forward has taken no less than nine shots in his last five games.
Moreover, Traore is averaging 2.31 shots per 90 minutes in the Premier League this season, registering an average of 0.87 shots on target. Given such stats, his price here looks a little generous and thus he fits the bill as the man to round this player acca off.
