Tuesday was the last time that we were in action on the horses at Sporting Post and what a day it was as 8/1 shot Muddy Lynn, the only tip of the day, got the job done at Newcastle, landing us a very nice winner indeed.
We’re back at it on Saturday, which as always, is a busy day in the world of British horse racing, with meetings at several venues. From a betting venue, I’m interested in a race at Ascot. Read on for our free horse racing tips.

15:15 Ascot - Stream Of Stars (each-way)
Ahead of the 15:15 Ascot, I’m finding it hard to come up with logical reasons as to why the highly promising and yet-to-be-fully exposed Stream Of Stars is as big as 8/1 in the early betting.
Listen, this is a bit tougher than his most recent assignment, but he could not have made lighter work of getting the job done at Fontwell recently, winning a Class 3 affair with what appeared to be lots left in the tank.
Given his age, this is a horse that is very lightly raced and after a mammoth break of 986 days, he could not have returned to action in better shape, winning with ease at Fontwell, not once but twice.
If we look back to his 2021 novice form, then there’s plenty to suggest that he could be up to winning a nice handicap prize of this nature. After all, he beat Aucunrisque as a six-year-old, and that horse has since gone on to win a Betfair Hurdle, a race that clearly rates as far superior to this contest.
I also like that this horse won on the level at Ascot, scooting clear on fast ground, which bodes very well given today’s forecast conditions.
Throw into the mix that he goes for a Twiston-Davies team that could hardly have been in better form of late and 8/1 really does look chunky. All the time such odds are available, he goes down as an each-way bet that represents clear value.
