It was a day for collecting when I last ventured into the waters of accumulator betting, with that 4-fold landing a couple of weeks ago, making it three Premier League accumulator wins for the season already. Healthy profit indeed.
We’re back at it ahead of Saturday’s action, so let’s get stuck in and see if we can make it four winners. Read below for our Premier League football accumulator tips.
Accumulator tips for today
All of the games featured in this accumulator are due to take place on 07/12/2024, with the first two starting at 15:00 GMT, before the final game kicks off at 17:30 GMT.
This week, it’s a three-fold and it’s player bets only, paying just under 10/1 with betway. Here goes.
Brentford vs Newcastle - Joelinton to be Booked
Kicking things off I’m siding with regular offender Joelinton to get booked as Newcastle take on Brentford in West London.
Somehow, and it’s not because he’s cut down on his fouls, Joelinton hasn’t been booked since late September, but that run should soon come to an end, especially as the Brazilian has made at least two fouls in each of his last three games, making two or more in five of his last six too.
No Newcastle player has committed more fouls than Joelinton this season, who averages 2.38 fouls per 90 minutes, while he also averages 0.31 cards per 90 minutes.
Crystal Palace vs Man City - Eberechi Eze Over 0.5 Shots on Target
Having recently returned from injury, Eberechi Eze started for the first time in a while on Tuesday night, when his inch-perfect pass for Jean-Phillipe Mateta was one of two game-deciding actions (the other being Mateta’s deft finish). Eze also registered a shot on target in that game.
Far from shy to let rip when in range, Eze has fired off shots at every opportunity this season, taking more shots than any other Palace player, averaging 3.80 per 90 minutes, while he also averages 1.23 shots on target per 90 minutes. I like those stats.
Let’s face it, this will be tough for Crystal Palace, but Eze is just the sort of player to exploit the space that City will definitely leave in behind, so don’t be surprised if he tests Ederson at least once.
Man United vs Nottingham Forest - Callum Hudson-Odoi Over 0.5 Shots on Target
Completing the acca betting line-up this week is Nottingham Forest’s Callum Hudson-Odoi, who will likely be relishing the opportunity to get at what is often a very rickety Man United defence.
The winger/forward has only scored a couple of goals for Forest this term, but he’s right up there with their most prolific players in terms of shooting, pulling the trigger an average of 1.87 times per 90 minutes.
With his goals coming against Liverpool and West Ham, it’s fair to say that Hudson-Odoi thrives when facing teams that push forward, as United will at home, so he’s worth betting onto, at the very least, work Onana in the home net.
