On Saturday afternoon, there’s Premier League football due to be played at King Power Stadium, where after a poor midweek, the Foxes will be looking to bounce back.
The Cottagers are also looking to bounce back following their defeat during the week, though that was their first loss in a while, so the visitors will likely remain confident ahead of a game against a team that is badly out of form. Read on for our Leicester vs Fulham prediction, tips and preview.
Leicester vs Fulham prediction
For the Leicester vs Fulham match prediction, we believe the final score will be a 2-2 draw based on our analysis.
The visitors offer plenty offensively, but they seldom keep things tight away from home, so don’t be too surprised if the hosts have their own say in the final third.

Leicester vs Fulham head-to-head statistics
Fulham’s recent record against Leicester is a promising one, with the Cottagers having won each of the last three renewals of this fixture. When the teams met earlier in the season, Saturday’s visitors won by two goals to one on home soil.
Leicester vs Fulham preview
This match will be played on 18/01/2025 at King Power Stadium. Kick off will be at GMT.
After getting the job done in rather emphatic fashion in the FA Cup last weekend, the Foxes appeared to have a decent opportunity to put together both a decent showing and get a positive result when they hosted Crystal Palace during the week.
Unfortunately, Ruud van Nistelrooy’s men couldn’t really do either. They weren’t without chances, finishing the game with a respectable xG total of 1.52, taking no less than 21 shots, but as has been the case for much of the campaign, the quality (at either end) just wasn’t there.
It’s now six straight defeats in the league for Saturday’s hosts, who as each week passes, look more and more destined for a swift return to the Championship.
In rather stark contrast, the Cottagers have their sights set on European football, with them sitting in a positive 9th position, just five points off the top six.
Marco Silva’s men did come unstuck during the week, losing by three goals to two away against West Ham, but it’s not as if they failed to get competitive, while that’s their only loss since late November.
With the Foxes being in such poor form, even though they’re away from the comforts of Craven Cottage, the visitors will surely view this game as the perfect opportunity to resume winning ways.
Leicester vs Fulham betting tips
Ahead of Saturday’s game at King Power Arena, I’m siding with one player bet.
Alexi Iwobi Over 0.5 Shots on Target
Fulham’s Alex Iwobi comes into this game in red-hot form having notched not once, but twice at West Ham on Tuesday evening, and it’s not as if that was a one-off effort from the Nigerian international.
Iwobi is currently enjoying one of his most fruitful campaigns in the Premier League, scoring seven goals and producing three assists. No Fulham player has been involved in more direct goal contributions than Iwobi this term.
From a shooting point of view, the 28-year-old certainly hasn’t been shy this season, taking more shots than all but one Fulham player in the Premier League, firing off an average of 2.05 shots per 90 minutes.
We’re also talking about a player who averages 0.95 shots on target per 90 minutes, and after hitting the target twice during the week, the man who has registered six shots on target in his last six appearances is likely to be hungry for more.
Let’s face it, given his current form and his overall fondness of shooting this season, Iwobi is likely to view a game against defensively inept opposition as a good opportunity to improve his stats, so much so that odds of 4/5 look a bit generous. Given the above, such odds appear to offer a slither of all-important value.
