The wait for Premier League football is not a very long one this week, with just one day between the last round of fixtures ending and the next beginning. The latest mid-week round of games starts on Tuesday evening.
One of Tuesday’s games takes place at Molineux, where Wolves and Fulham will go head-to-head. Can the hosts continue to improve after that pleasing weekend win? Or will it be another case of one step forward, one step back for Vitor Pereira’s men? Read on for our Wolves vs Fulham betting tips and best value bets.

Wolves vs Fulham value betting tips
This game takes place on 25/02/2025 at Molineux. Kick off will be at 19:30 GMT.
Looking at the odds available, from a value point of view, I’ve landed on three selections ahead of this game.
Both Teams to Score
A clean sheet was kept by Tuesday’s hosts on the south coast at the weekend, while the Cottagers failed to score on home soil, but don’t be surprised if both teams score and concede in this game.
Clean sheets have not been something that this Wolves team has typically dealt in at home, keeping their opponents out in just three of their 12 league fixtures at Molineux. Likewise, Marcoo Silva’s men haven’t kept a tremendous amount of clean sheets on their travels, conceding in all but three of their 12 road games.
It’s also probably fair to say that both teams will view this as a winnable game, as well as a game to attack, with both typically faring better when they get on the front foot. I’m not quite sure this has been considered strongly enough by the early market.
Over 2.5 Goals
For similar reasons, ‘Over 2.5 Goals’ also catches the eye at odds of 19/20. Let’s be honest, high-scoring games have been the norm for the hosts, while with both expected to fancy themselves to make headway, we’re unlikely to see a cagey affair devoid of chances.
No Premier League team has been involved in more games containing three or more goals than Wolves this season, with an average of 3.30 goals being scored at Molineux.
We also should not forget the fact that the pair shared five goals earlier in the campaign, with several openings being created by both, before the rather clear and obvious creative credentials of Matheus Cunha allowed Wolves to triumph.
Jorgen Strand Larsen to Score
Last but certainly not least, the now fit again Jorgen Strand Larsen, who should start this game having returned from the bench at half time against Bournemouth at the weekend, looks a decent bet to find the net all the time that odds of 5/2 are on offer.
Having joined in the summer from Celta Vigo, where he thrived during the previous campaign, the Norwegian forward has enjoyed a fruitful first campaign in England’s top division, where his physicality and ability to dominate central defenders has allowed him to score seven league goals, averaging a promising 0.34 goals per 90 minutes.
The big man also averages a very decent 1.10 shots on target per 90 minutes, while this is just the sort of game in which he’s been at his most dangerous this season, scoring against the likes of Brentford, Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and Spurs, all of whom are far from dissimilar to Fulham in terms of points on the board.
Having taken seven shots (five on target) in his last four Premier League starts, the 25-year-old know how to make life tough for opposing keepers, and with his team in good form right now, he’s well worth betting on to get back on the scoresheet at anything above the fair odds displayed below.
Recap - Wolves vs Fulham best value bets
The table below shows the odds available for our value betting tips at the time of writing, as well as what I consider to be fair odds for these selections. It’s important to note that to take value, you should be taking odds that are bigger than the fair odds. If bigger odds are not available, then there’s no value, which means no bet.
Bet | Odds available | Fair odds | Value (%) |
---|---|---|---|
Both Teams to Score | 3/4 | 8/13 | +4.8% |
Over 2.5 Goals | 19/20 | 5/6 | +3.2% |
Jorgen Stran Larsen to Score | 5/2 | 11/5 | +2.7% |
To recap, our best value bets ahead of this Premier League fixture are:
Both Teams to Score @ 3/4 with betway
Over 2.5 Goals @ 19/20 with betway
Jorgen Strand Larsen to Score @ 5/2 with BoyleSports
