Another busy Saturday of Premier League action is just around the corner, and it’s an extra busy Saturday, with not just one, but two evening games, meaning that there are four different kick-off times throughout the day.

As we often do here at Sporting Post, ahead of Saturday’s top-flight games, we’re looking for a juicy accumulator bet. Can we land a fifth winning acca of the season? Read on for our premier League football accumulator tips.

Premier League Accumulator tips for today

All of the games featured in this accumulator are due to take place on 08/03/2024, with the first starting at 15:00 GMT.

Three player bets combine to make Saturday’s Premier League accumulator, which pays 6/1 with betway.

Brentford vs Aston Villa - Kevin Schade to Score or Assist

We’ll kick things off this weekend with the game at Brentford Community Stadium, ahead of which I have already penned a Brentford vs Aston Villa value bet, though for this accumulator, I’m going to take a slightly different route.

Kevin Schade has been a little overshadowed by others this season, but we shouldn’t forget that the German has delivered the goods more often than not when called upon, while he comes into this game having had a decent run in the starting XI of late, starting each of the last five, highlighting that he’s a key part of Thomas Frank’s offensive plans.

Schade has scored two goals in his last five starts, scoring three in his last eight, while he now has a Premier League season tally of nine goals and assists, averaging no less than 0.56 goals and assists per 90 minutes. He’s also averaging 0.52 expected goals and assists per 90.

Moreover, the pace and direct approach of the winger/forward could easily cause a Villa side that played midweek plenty of problems, let’s be honest.

Crystal Palace vs Ipswich - Liam Delap Over 0.5 Shots on Target

As either a single bet or part of an accumulator, I’ve put Liam Delap up a few times this season to either score or shoot on target, and more often than not the Englishman has delivered the goods.

As Ipswich continue to battle hard for Premier League survival, Delap continues to provide tangible contributions. The son of Stoke City long-throw specialist Rory Delap, the 22-year-old has scored 10 league goals, which in a team fighting against the drop, is impressive.

What’s more, the Tractor Boys’ top scorer has got into the habit of regularly firing off shots and testing opposing keepers. In the league this season, no Ipswich player has taken more shots than Delap, who averages an eye-catching 0.98 shots on target per 90 minutes.

Taking on Palace at Selhurst Park won’t be easy, but the visitors should gain confidence from the fact that the hosts are without their top scorer, while it’s not as if they haven’t put up a fight in similar away games.

With him having registered five shots on target in his last four league games, Delap looks a great bet to make the Palace keeper at least once on Saturday afternoon.

Wolves vs Everton - Carlos Alcaraz Over 0.5 Shots on Target

Last but certainly not least, the lively and hungry-looking Carlos Alcaraz completes the accumulator line-up this week. Having impressed since turning up at Goodison Park in January, the Argentine is absolutely worth betting on to register at least one shot on target as Everton take on Wolves away from home on Saturday evening.

In just five appearances for the Toffees, Alcaraz has taken 12 shots, showing that he’s clearly hungry for goals. He bagged two against Palace recently, and it would appear that’s left him wanting more. Last time out against Brentford, the forward looked dangerous, getting into good positions, shooting five times.

After registering four shots on target in his first two away Premier League games for Everton, I’m backing Alcaraz to make life tough for Jose Sa in the Wolves goal.
